Emailed/phoned you with a question about my business. Why haven't you
responded?
A. Unfortunately, our staff is not able to answer
individual questions specific to your business, but we've created a
great solution. Shirley responds to questions submitted at
Ask The Gift Basket
Expert. Visit that site to submit your question.
Q. I sent you my order and
check by mail two weeks ago. Why haven't I received my order?
A. All checks require a two-week clearance
period before mailing your order. There is a short processing delay
for mailed orders paid by money order and credit cards and a 1-2 day
turnaround for orders placed through our secure site.
Q. I ordered on your secure
site but haven't received a response to my questions. Why not?
A. We sometimes experience a technical problem
when responding to an Email address that is given to us, and this may be
why you are not receiving a response. We receive messages from the
Email system such as "user unknown," and have no other way of
contacting you. Please double check your Email address before forwarding
it to us.
