Elegant Gourmet showed some great Easter items. Their products and packaging continue to be outstanding. They’ve added a line of old-fashioned lollipops in raspberry, cherry, and lemon flavors.

Also great for Easter are the Sour Cherry Chews in a clear 8 oz. bag with ribbon closure and the chocolate-covered cherries in an 8 oz. bag. The flavor of the Lemon Dreams and Key Lime Dreams cookies is like tasting a burst of sunshine.

Neighbors Coffee & Tea has repackaged their cappuccino, which is 25 cents for a small package, 65 cents for large. Also available are 16 teas, all decaffeinated and 7 flavors of loose teas in 3 oz. sizes.

If you’re looking for pet treats and toys, you may find the dog and cat treats contained in Boxco paw boxes from L. Coffey Ltd., to be a cute gift. There are five pet collections: Safari, Smiling Hearts, Classic, Halloween, and Christmas.

Best of Luck, known for its horseshoe shortbread cookies, has a new chocolate bar called Jazz! Cashews, fruit, and honey are added to each bar. Nice flavor. $1.25 each packed in sets of 15. I still love their mini horseshoe-shaped chocolates in dark, milk, or white flavors and packaged in yellow or red foil.

In the same booth as Best of Luck was Peanut Patch, whose peanuts, cashew brittle, chocolate-covered peanuts, and other nut confections are contained in foil bags and tins. Peanuts in gold foil bags are packaged in cases of 40 or 80 bags. Larger cases are packed with 18 bags. You can request any of their peanut line be packaged in red, blue, gold, or green foil bags.

JoAnn Marie Designs is a new company that sells those great organza bags with beads attached to the bottom. Bath beads, soaps, and potpourri are great inserts for these silky items, and it’s sold at a great price point. The wine-sized organza bag with tassel neck closure comes in gold. They also have a 20-inch wrap that holds candles. A white lace bag with beads is superb for weddings. There’s also animal print bags and seasonal items on the way for Halloween and Christmas.
